Auto Battery Policies
This policy page refers to corporate policies in place for automotive battery purchases, alternative products may fall under other policies and protocols.
Prorated Warranties:
If you've signed up for our loyalty program you qualify for prorated warranties!
How to qualify:
1: Join our loyalty club via text message upon purchase or from our website.
2: Don't opt out of messages! We totally understand that automated messages may be annoying when spammed; We've limited our outgoing messages to just a couple a month or less.
Terms:
Refurbished automotive batteries receive 3 months prorated in addition to their full replacement warranty. Prorated months are a discount program applied to your warranty if your refurbished battery begins to fail outside of your warranty window.
Within 1 month of your expired warranty you will receive a 50% cost reimbursement from your original purchase applied towards a replacement battery. Within 2 months, a 30% discount is available to you. Within 3 months, 15% discount. After 3 months past your expiration, your purchase is no longer valid for any replacement or discount.
Discount total is based on the initial purchase amount, not the replacement cost. However, the discount can be applied towards a higher grade replacement purchase (e.g. Customer is upgrading from a Grade B to Grade A battery) or a lower grade replacement purchase (e.g. Customer is downgrading from a Grade A to Grade B battery).
Prorate discount cannot be applied towards a "NEW" battery purchase.
Prorated months only apply to refurbished batteries. New, utility, motorcyle, and auxillary batteries have no prorated months.
Additional products, accessories, and/or services from the initial purchase are not included in the discount amount.
Prorated warranties are not a refund program. Discounts cannot be issued in any refund type, whether store credit, cash, or card.
